Module 3: Nervous System Reset
In this transformative module, you’ll learn how trauma dysregulates your nervous system—and how to restore calm, safety, and balance from within. Understand why your body may stay stuck in patterns of anxiety, numbness, or overactivation, and explore somatic tools designed to ground, soothe, and realign your system. With guided journaling and gentle embodiment practices, you’ll begin to build a new relationship with your body as a trustworthy ally in your healing.
Please note: This is a self-paced healing experience, lovingly designed to support you at your own rhythm. While you are encouraged to honor your unique timing, I gently suggest spending at least 1 to 2 weeks with each module, or however long it takes for the wisdom to settle and the healing to integrate. Trust your intuition to guide you.
To receive the fullest benefit, it’s encouraged that you move through the modules in order (1–8), as each one builds upon the last and gently prepares you for the next layer of transformation on your journey home to yourself.
