Module 2: Breaking the Silence Within
This module invites you to release the shame and secrecy that trauma often leaves behind. You’ll explore how silence affects the nervous system and keeps you stuck in cycles of fear or self-abandonment. Through sacred journaling and embodied practices, you’ll learn to create internal safety and begin building a relationship with the parts of you that were never allowed to speak. This is where healing becomes liberation.
Please note: This is a self-paced healing experience, lovingly designed to support you at your own rhythm. While you are encouraged to honor your unique timing, I gently suggest spending at least 1 to 2 weeks with each module, or however long it takes for the wisdom to settle and the healing to integrate. Trust your intuition to guide you.
To receive the fullest benefit, it’s encouraged that you move through the modules in order (1–8), as each one builds upon the last and gently prepares you for the next layer of transformation on your journey home to yourself.
